I hope that everyone has a relaxing Spring Break! Here is what we will be learning about when we return on April 2nd!
*Language Arts/Reading: In addition to completing phonics activities, we will be using our Language! curriculum to practice our reading comprehension, nouns, verbs, and answering open ended questions in complete sentences.
*Math: We will be practicing/reviewing money this week. Tuesday and Wednesday will be coin review and then the rest of the week will be adding and subtracting dollars.
*Social Studies: In lieu of Social Studies these next two weeks, students will be reading novels and completing comprehension activities. The novels will be assigned according to individual reading levels.
*Social Skills: We will be spending the next three weeks learning about careers, how they relate to us, and what future careers students may be interested in. The unit will conclude with a project where students will be researching and presenting about one career of their choice.
