As the days of the school year are dwindling down, we will begin to review our year's curriculum over the final few weeks.
*Reading/Language Arts: We will return to our Language and Phonics books next week. We will review main ideas/details, summarizing, singular/plural, and short/long vowel sounds.
*Math: We will devote this week to playing multiple review games over adding, subtracting, multiplication (as appropriate), graphing, time, money, shapes, and greater than/less than.
*Science: Over the course of the next two weeks, the students will be completing 8 different science experiments: Growing Gummy Bear, Fingerprinting, Coloring Plants, Tornado in a Bottle, Groovy Lava Lamp, Parachutes, The Magic Ketchup Experiment, and Dancing Raisins. They will be required to complete a lab sheet for each experiment, including both pre- and post observations.
