Happy Valentine's Day week!

Here is a look at what we will be learning this week...
*Language Arts/Reading: We will continue to work in our Language! books this week. The focus will be on making inferences, nouns, and reading a passage about Bats!

*Math: This week we will be wrapping up our graphing unit with review of bar, line, pictographs, and circle graphs.  We also will be reviewing how to read a grid graph and tally charts.  There will be a short quiz on Friday.

*Social Studies:  The first three days of the week will be spent finishing our in-class project on Abraham Lincoln and George Washington.  Due to some technical changes, we are actually completing this project using Prezi, instead of E-book creator.  I will be sure to add the link to these presentations once they are complete.  On Friday, we will learn about the Statue of Liberty to introduce the U.S. region unit, which will begin on the following Monday.

*Social Skills: Our focus for Social Skills this week will be on the February holidays.  We will complete a few Valentine's Day graphing and math activities, as well as President's Day activities.

Have a wonderful week!!
